Shipping Information

Order Processing

We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Options

We offer two convenient shipping methods to accommodate your needs:

  • Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days delivery after dispatch)
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS (15-25 business days delivery after dispatch)

Please note: We currently ship worldwide with the exception of certain Asian countries and remote locations. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and customs processing.

Returns & Exchanges

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a simple return and exchange process for qualifying items.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Items must be in original, unopened condition with packaging intact
  • Returns must be initiated within 15 days of delivery
  • A copy of your order confirmation or receipt is required

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following opened products:

  • All skincare treatments (Body Treatment, Eye Treatment, Face Serum & Treatment)
  • Personal care items (Cleanse, Cleansing Oil, Face Wash & Cleanser, Hand Wash)
  • Any products where the protective seal has been broken

Return Process

  1. Initiate Your Return: Email our concierge team at [email protected] with your request using the template below.
  2. Receive Authorization: We’ll respond within 24 business hours with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.
  3. Package Your Items: Securely pack the unused products in their original packaging with the RMA number clearly visible.
  4. Ship Your Return: Send the package to our fulfillment center at the address provided in your authorization email.

Exchange Process

Follow the same steps as the return process, clearly indicating in your email that you wish to exchange the item and specifying your preferred replacement product.

Refund Information

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)

For exchanges, we’ll ship your new item once the return is processed.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange for expedited replacement at no cost to you.
